What we collect
We collect account information (name, email), usage data (brief allowance, feature events), and payment metadata processed by Stripe. Customer Brief inputs and outputs are stored to provide the service and improve your experience.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the service, enforce usage limits, process payments, send transactional emails, and analyze product usage via PostHog (when configured).
Third parties
We use Stripe for payments, Neon for database hosting, and AI providers via Vercel AI Gateway for generation features. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your user data from our database, subject to legal retention requirements for payment records.
