What we collect
We collect account information (name, email), event and attendee content you upload, prospect and sponsor research inputs, product usage and activity events, and payment metadata processed by Stripe. Chat messages and enrichment results are stored so we can provide the service and improve your experience.
How we use data
Data is used to operate Key (matching, enrichment, chat), enforce plan limits, process payments, send transactional emails (for example verification, password reset, and billing notices), provide support, and analyze product usage. When PostHog is configured, we use it for product analytics and error reporting.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. If PostHog is enabled, it may set analytics cookies or similar identifiers to measure feature usage and diagnose errors. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.
Third parties & processors
We use Stripe for payments, Neon for database hosting, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, and AI model providers via Vercel AI Gateway for chat and enrichment. User-provided content (such as attendee lists, prospect details, and chat prompts) may be sent to those model providers to generate results. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our processors operate.
Data retention & deletion
You can download a copy of your account data from Settings ("Download my data"), and you can delete your account from the same page. Account deletion removes your user data and associated product content from our database, subject to legal retention requirements for payment and fraud records.
