Customer Brief provides AI-assisted account research and sales brief generation with authentication, billing, and usage tracking. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans and brief packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@tonicstarter.dev.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use the platform for illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-generated content

AI outputs are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. We do not guarantee accuracy.
